Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be made for cancellation of orders within 48 hours of the order made. However, in case of courier and personalized products, cancellation is not possible. Please make your cancellation request is mailed at bdgepai.sales@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request.”
  • Please mention the following details in the mail:
    • Order ID
    • Reason of cancellation
    • Refund account details
  • Returns and refunds are not allowed except for the cases of
    • Wrong or defective delivery
    • Order cancellation
    • Non delivery
  • In case of refund, the amount cannot exceed the amount paid by the customer under any circumstances. The refund takes place after proper evaluation of the order by our quality check team.
  • 5% cancellation charge is applicable
  • If there is any extra amount refunded to BDG Pai Enterprises account, it shall be utilized for order enhancement. Refunds shall not be possible.
  • Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment (orders paid by cash will be refunded through cheque or bank transfer)
  • Offline refund is credited after the customer shares the bank details. It takes 7-10 working days to process the refund.
  • Online refund is made in the mode the customer has made the payment. It might take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • BDG Pai Enterprises shall hold the right to change the Cancellation & refund policy from time to time. The user is requested to check the space from time to time for changes.
